Mission Statement:
WeatherCell
Introduction
Many U.S. residents have an almost obsesive interest in
the weather. This project is intended to help satisfy those
needs.
Vision
WeatherCell will:

Provide users with real-time information about both current weather
conditions and localized weather forecasts.

Determine the users location (when possible) and allow users to
choose a location using an intuitive and simple user interface.

Deliver this information to both Java-enabled cell phones and
other Java-enabled devices.
Target Market
We anticipate that WeatherCell will be a mass-market product,
of interest to everyone with a Java-enabled telephone.
Our preliminary research indicates that there are several
similar products currently being developed.
Constraints
WeatherCell must be developed in Java.
Business Requirements
WeatherCell must be usable after only 10 minutes of training.
